In Baltimore this weekend the “African-American” mayor, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, declared that she was taking steps to safely permit angry Black mobs a “space to destroy.” Last night those mobs stepped out of their “space,” destroying the security of their entire city. Watching the coverage of the “Black Guerrillas” and other gangs (acting exactly like the animals their name implies) destroying downtown Baltimore Maryland over a probable police brutality case, I couldn’t help but see the connection with another major event taking place this week.
The Supreme Court is hearing arguments today regarding Gay Marriage in America, specifically whether it is a right, constitutionally guaranteed. I have little hope in the humans involved, and expect that in June we will learn that the nine “justices,” two who have presided over Gay marriage ceremonies, ruled to deem this destructive behavior constitutional.
The police in Baltimore are standing down, ordered by the Mayor to hold back the use of their full potential. The people are confused about the purpose of the struggle. The community is literally broken and burning. Children living in the city are physically and emotionally unsafe, and cannot be expected to grow up with a normal outlook on life. And all of these threats are spreading throughout the country!
The connections to Gay marriage? The Christian community is shut down, from outside and inside. Individual Believers are discouraged from speaking or showing up to defend their communities from the destruction that necessarily comes with approving open homosexual practice. And last, but most importantly, children become the most egreged when “same sex” uses them to justify their behavior and hurt the heterosexual world, demanding their own “space to destroy!”
I realize (as I’ve been told often) my words hurt too. That is intentional, to hold accountable adults who’ve chosen to engage in evil, and want to go unchallenged.
If you feel as strongly as I do, you should know that you are not alone. There are many Christ-followers who understand the consequences of same-sex, and don’t want it to be “legalized” and spread throughout society here in America.
An in depth book on the subject of the effects of same-sex on children is Jepthah’s Daughter. I highly recommend it for those who desire an honest understanding of the issue and its real life consequences.
(Jesus) “But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened around his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.” (Matthew 18:6/ESV)
The purpose of this blog is to encourage Christ-followers to see God’s Big Picture and be a part of it. Adonai Eloheinu!
