The Takedown of Cecile

Cecile Richards: Director of Planned Parenthood

Cecile Richards: Director of Planned Parenthood

By: Susan Bea Good

Cecile Richards, President of Planned Parenthood since 2006, sat in the crosshairs of Conservatives in Congress yesterday. This woman, who directs the nation’s largest volume abortion provider, was stalked before being attacked over her organization’s sale of human remains. (Sarcasm intended)

Poor Cecile, her natural beauty fading and her position in the pride challenged, all she could produce were feeble squeaks. This once great lioness’ attempts to roar sounded more like whimpers designed to play on the sympathies of those hunting for the truth.

Ms. Richards is not deserving of sympathy or defense. With a personal salary last year of nearly $600,000 she manages a “non-profit” organization which focuses 94% of its services on the killing of babies in the womb. Planned Parenthood receives a half billion dollars annually from taxpayers, while also charging for “services” to poor women, and raking in additional cash from the sale of the aborted remains of the “products of conception.”

Few could be surprised to learn that Planned Parenthood is a corrupt organization, openly breaking federal laws, all in the name of “protecting women,” when in reality the main aim of this organization is financial profitability…all dependent upon the ignorance and suffering of society’s weakest members. For more insanity check this out.

“The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all people everywhere to repent…” (Acts 17:30/ESV)

The purpose of this blog is to encourage Christ-followers to see God’s Big Picture and be a part of it. Adonai Eloheinu!

  1. Sandra Plum says:

What would Jesus say about purposefully spreading utterly misleading statistics? Psalm 34:13? Exodus 23:1?

Your link is purposefully misleading because the vast majority of Planned Parenthood patrons don’t go there for pregnancy services. They go there because need STD screening or wish to avoid becoming pregnant, and Planned Parenthood is one of the only places this is affordable for poor women. Actually, abortions are only 3% of its services.

If one believes abortions are bad, it would seem the best thing to is not to rail at the immorality of having them, but to make it easier to avoid unwanted pregnancies. Planned Parenthood devotes ten times as much effort to distributing birth control to poor women who otherwise couldn’t afford it (and thus preventing abortions) as to actually doing abortions, so surely even by your logic, it should be 90% good? You rail at the fact that it provides abortions, but surely it has prevented more than any organization in the USA.

    SBG, in all seriousness …
Why is picketing clinics a better use of your time than, say, volunteering to pass out condoms?
